Q. DO YOU SELL ONLINE?
Sort of. You can place a pre-order for any items currently listed on my shop, or reach out for a custom request.
My online shop currently offers local pick up and delivery within Toronto and surrounding areas.
If you're outsize that zone, send me an email - I'm happy to ship anywhere. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the final weight of your order and the best available carrier.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time, and Halfpint Ceramics is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If there is an issue with your order, please email me.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Once your item has been produced,please allow up to two weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. International orders may be subject to custom fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PIECE ARRIVES DAMAGED / BROKEN?
If your piece arrives broken, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a refund or exchange. After 24 hours, I can't guarantee replacements. Thanks for understanding.
