Q. THE ITEM I WANT ISN'T LISTED ON YOUR ONLINE SHOP! HOW CAN I GET IT?

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are offered at this time. Halfpint Ceramics is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. For any questions regarding your order, please email me.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Please also be aware that there may be additional customs charges, taxes, or fees to receive the package in your country. Any additional charges after customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PIECE ARRIVES DAMAGED / BROKEN?
If you receive pottery that has been damaged in shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of the delivery date with photos of the damaged item and packaging materials. From there we can work out a refund / exchange. After 24 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods will not be taken into consideration. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, but my website is not set up to provide that option automatically. Please contact me and I would be happy to organize an order for you!
